What's different about floaters?

With floaters, the right and left shoes are exactly the same. They can therefore be pulled on regardless of which foot and in any direction.

What use cases are floaters intended for?

Our customers enthusiastically use floaters for their terrace, balcony, camper, in the spa/pool or simply as slippers. They are super practical and super easy to put on, especially when you have something in your hand, such as a tray on the way to the balcony/terrace.

Can I use floaters like normal flip flops?

Floaters are particularly developed for short distances and offer extra comfort when putting on and putting on. We recommend its use especially for short distances, e.g. in the garden, house or swimming pool.

How long can I use floaters?

We attach great importance to the quality of floaters. They are made from natural materials including cork. This means you can wear our shoes every day for years without any problems.

How do I find my size?

You can use our size options as a guide, which you can find on every product page of our items. We have a range of size options available.

What are floaters made of?

They are made from sustainable, vegan and recyclable materials such as cork for the sole and straps as well as recycled yarn for example for the logos. Even our packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

Can I wash floaters in the washing machine?

Sure - feel free to wash your floaters with the rest of the dark clothing and put them in a regular washing machine with cold or warm water (not hot, please).

Are floaters suitable for both men and women?

Floaters are not only wearable on both sides but are also designed as unisex sandals and fit both male and female feet depending on size and width.

Can I adjust floaters to fit my feet?

Floaters have centrally positioned bands that can be adjusted for any instep height.

How can I adjust floaters optimally for my feet?

Place your feet in both shoes. Open the straps and place them slightly loosely across the instep of the foot. Briefly test whether the straps tighten as you slide forward and whether your toes remain on the soles. If everything fits, turn the shoes around and try to put the same shoe on the other way around with the same foot. Now test again briefly whether they are stuck. If the straps are too tight or too wide, adjust them slightly. Then test whether the other side still fits well. If everything is adjusted well, you can put on floaters quickly and easily from both sides without slipping.

Shipping and delivery

Since this is the first edition, if you order today it will take a maximum of approx. 4-7 days for it to be delivered. We will contact you by email in good time if delivery takes longer than usual.

How much is the shipping?

We ship with DHL or Hermes within Germany and are climate neutral. The shipping fees are calculated once per order and will be shown to you at the end of the check-out process.

I would like to return my order, what do I have to do?

In the event that one or more items fit or do not suit you, the following conditions must be met for a return: You are within the 14-day right of withdrawal; if the item is damaged, it must not have been yours. The item must be in perfect condition (free from stains, dust, signs of use, etc.)

Enter which items in your order you would like to have refunded.

In order to process your refund quickly and in the best possible way, please simply have your email address and order number ready. You can find this in your order or shipping confirmation.

I would like to exchange my order, what do I have to do?
